DIY Hair Spa & Tips For Healthy Hair



Every woman wants a beautiful hair...we spend lots of money on shampoos,conditioners but we still want something to make our hair healthy and beautiful..we use hair styler's which make our hair damage and so frizzy so we go to beauty salons for hair spa but it costs a lot... Don't worry here you can know about how to get hair spa in home with kitchen ingredients..

So lets have look on the natural ingredients treatments included in home-made hair spa.. Firstly we apply oil and wash it with shampoo, next step is applying conditioner and then hair mask..so lets start






First step:

Oils for spa:
  • Olive oil,castor oil,almond oil,coconut oil for oil treatment
  • Mix all these oils in a bowl and warm it.
  • Apply on your hair and massage thoroughly. Leave it for half an hour.
  • Wash off your hair using mild shampoo and dry your hair



Second step:

Conditioning for spa: 

  • Beetroot juice
  • Henna powder or hibiscus powder
  • Tea decoction
Grate a beetroot and squeeze juice from it. Make some tea decoction, now add tea decocton to beet root juice with hibiscus or henna powder to it. Apply this paste to your hair and leave it on  for half an hour. Rinse with warm water. This pack contains vitamins that nourishes your hair well. Beetroot juice in it helps in hair growth.








Third step:

Hair mask:

            Here are some hair masks that conditions and repairs dry and damaged hair.

Banana hair mask:

  • Ripen banana
  • Half cup milk
  • Honey
  • Egg white
Take a ripen banana (1banana is enough for shoulder length hair) smash it well add half cup milk with 2 spoons of honey and 1 egg white to it. Make a fine paste of all ingredients and apply to your hair leave it for 20 minutes. shampoo your hair. Banana makes your hair soft and repairs split ends. milk has proteins that makes your hair semi straight and cleanses your hair well. Egg white contains proteins that adds shine to your  hair.





Banana and Avocado Hair Mask:


  • Banana 
  • Avocado
  • Honey
  • Egg white
  • Extra virgin olive oil 
Take an avocado and peel it off and make it into paste(use full avocado depending on your hair length). Take a ripen banana make its paste and add to avocado paste and now add 2 spoons of honey to it with 2 tsp of olive oil  and add egg white to it. Apply it to hair and leave it for 20 minutes and shampoo with mild shampoo.. Avocado makes your hair super shiny and bouncy. This mask adds shine to your hair. Honey is a natural conditioner that conditions your hair well.








Apple cider vinegar mask:


  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Yogurt
  • Honey
Take half a cup of yogurt(depending on your volume and length of hair) in a bowl and add 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar with 1 tsp of honey. Mix them well and apply to your hair.Leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. Don't use more apple cider vinegar as it causes burning sensation. Yogurt has natural enzymes which have nutrients that nourishes and adds shine to your hair.





Creamy avocado mask:


  • Ripen avocado
  • Olive oil
  • Milk
  • A shower cap
Take a ripen avocado and make its puree with no lumps. Now add 1 tsp of olive oil, 1/4  cup of milk to it. Mix it well and apply to your hair. Wear a shower cap and leave it on for at least 15 min.. Rinse off with warm water.





Follow this hair care routine once in 2 weeks and see the difference... and GlowwithBeauty :)

These tips look great and I know my wife would love to try them all. Sent her this blog post and I know she will share it with all her friends. Great post and so informative. We should all move away from chemical treatments and just use organic whole foods to treat our hair. Thank you for this, much appreciated.
